In the app, Settings > Get in Touch opens an email draft with a few technical details that help us understand the problem. You can remove them before you send.

Common questions

How does it work?

Tap Choose a Photo and pick a picture. Nube Blur finds the faces and covers them. Tap a cover to change it, move it or delete it. When you’re done, tap Share at the top right, then Save to add a new copy to your photos, or Share to send it.

You can also start from your photo app: open a photo, tap Share and choose Nube Blur.

A face wasn’t covered. What can I do?

The automatic detection is good, but it can miss very small faces, faces turned away or faces in dark photos. Always check before you share.

To add a cover by hand, touch and hold the photo where the face is, or tap + Add and choose a shape. You can also tap Find Faces at the top: the app looks again and covers any face that isn’t covered yet. If someone is turned away, the app may show a dashed outline. Tap it to confirm the cover.

Where are my photos stored?

Your originals stay in your photo library and never change. For each photo you open, the app keeps a private copy inside the app, only on your phone, so you can come back to it later. It isn’t uploaded and isn’t part of your phone’s backups. The copies you save are ordinary new photos in your library.

How do I delete photos from the app?

In the app’s library, touch and hold a photo and choose Delete, or tap Select to delete several at once. This doesn’t touch your photo library. Deleting the app removes everything it kept. Copies you saved stay in your library until you delete them there.

Does the app collect any data?

No. You’ll find the details in the Privacy Policy.
