Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

In short

Nube Blur works on your photos right on your phone. Your photos are never uploaded, and we don’t collect any data about you.

Who is responsible

Nube Blur is responsible for the app and for this policy. For anything about your privacy, write to privacy@nubeblur.com.

Your photos

Permissions

The only permission Nube Blur may ask for is to add new photos to your library, the first time you save. It can’t read, change or delete the photos you already have. It doesn’t use your camera, microphone, location or contacts.

What we don’t collect

You don’t need an account, and the app has no ads and no tracking. Nothing about your photos leaves your phone, and the app itself doesn’t send anything over the internet.

Anonymous usage counts

The app keeps a few anonymous counts on your phone, for example how many photos you saved and which kind of cover you used. They never include your photos or anything that could identify you. In this version they stay on your phone and are not sent anywhere. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and ask you before anything is sent.

If you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you, based on our legitimate interest in answering (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and we delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete them.

In the app, Settings > Get in Touch opens a draft in your own mail app with a few technical details: app version, system version, phone model and language. You can read them and remove them before you send. Nothing goes out until you send it.

App stores

You download Nube Blur from the App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google handle the download under their own privacy policies. If you allowed it in your phone’s settings, they may share anonymous crash reports and usage statistics with us. These don’t identify you and never contain your photos.

Children

Nube Blur is a tool for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone, children included.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Apart from emails you send us, we don’t hold any. Write to privacy@nubeblur.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects your data, we will tell you in the app and ask you first.
